Buns are not to be stacked in the warmer but emptied into the basket in the warmer from the bag in a random scatter. This way the warm air is able to circulate through the buns. And the buns need to be rotated so the newer buns are added to the bottom and the older buns move up to the top of the pile. Buns should never be in the bag inside the warmer. The hotdog side is the same way, not stacked but randomly scattered in the basket so the air has plenty of room to circulate between the hotdogs.
